The University of Zintan Medical Sciences Journal is committed to the principles of Open Access. All published articles are freely and permanently available online without subscription or access fees, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles, provided that proper citation is given to the original work.
The journal believes that unrestricted access to scientific knowledge promotes the dissemination of research findings, enhances scientific collaboration, and contributes to the advancement of medical sciences and public health.
Peer Review Policy
The journal follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure fairness, impartiality, and objectivity.
Each submitted manuscript is evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Scientific significance.
- Methodological soundness.
- Accuracy of results and data analysis.
- Clarity, organization, and presentation.
- Compliance with research and publication ethics.
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent expert reviewers. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editorial Board may decide to:
- Accept the manuscript.
- Accept with minor revisions.
- Request major revisions and resubmission.
- Reject the manuscript.

Authors

The journal has zero tolerance for plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, or any form of scientific misconduct. Appropriate actions will be taken whenever ethical violations are identified.
